The EA4011 is a fully integrated single cell linear Li-ion battery charging management IC designed for portable applications.
The EA4011 has internal current sensor, reverse blocking protection and charge status indication. No external sense resistor and blocking diode are needed because of the internal MOSFET architecture.
The thermal feedback regulates the charging current to limit the chip temperature.
The EA4011 automatically turns off the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 1/10 the programmed value after the final voltage is reached.
The EA4011 is available in SOT23-5 and ESOP-8 packages.
